    When you think of mall food, what comes to mind? For me, it’s large chain fast food shacks, pizza by the slice that resembles shoe leather and some really bad Chinese. When I heard that Westfield’s Southgate Mall was getting a new restaurant tenant I was expecting to hear the name of another big name grub hub with bland food. The reveal of the new restaurant was anything but a chain and far from bland.
